Surviving or Thriving? Mental Health Awareness Week

Whether we are surviving or thriving we must remember there is always someone close by willing to listen. Mental health is still seen by so many as a taboo subject and we fully support those trying to end this stigma. Most of us will experience some sort of mental health issue over the course of our lives and with influential individuals, such as Prince Harry, speaking openly to the public about their experiences, we are getting that little bit closer to lifting the stigma.

However, there are still so many people suffering on a daily basis struggling to deal with their day to day life. Let’s lend an ear to those in need and continue to support this fantastic cause.

Mental health awareness needs to continue day in day out and our Mental Health Recruitment Team are taking on the Rough Runner challenge this weekend to raise money for Mind. If you would like to sponsor them you can do so here – https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/tfsmentalhealth

If you require any support and don’t feel you can talk to a member of your family or friends the following resources are there to help:

Best of luck to the team taking part this Sunday and let’s get one step closer to ending the stigma.
